Sobre este puesto de Associate HR Business Partner en Aleph
We are looking for an Associate Analyst, HRBP to join the Human Resources team in LATAM. This is a junior position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HRBP, ensuring our people processes run smoothly across 18+ countries and 18+ business units.
You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Service Delivery, and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving, not paralyzed by it.
Key responsibilities:
1. Hiring & Selection
Support the Regional HRBP on submitting the hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings/induction for new hires
Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardised onboarding/induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary
Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP
Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up
Conduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyse exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP
Ensure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday
3. HR Employee Support
Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance and compensation from employees and managers across LATAM
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time off requests and balances, Workday challenges, etc.
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ/knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
4. Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the LATAM Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI & Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups
5. HR Systems & Data Integrity
Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with different HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
