Candidate will lead, direct, and optimize a team of Customer Success Managers who support Federal segment customers, driving revenue growth through effective seller and customer support while ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction.

The job duties are as follows:   

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leadership and Customer Experience: Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to exceed customer experience objectives and manage people effectively with the Public Sector Federal Segment.
Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze data to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue generation and continuous improvement.
Operational Management and Efficiency: Direct daily activities and execution of Ordering, Pricing and Contracting support requests to achieve revenue goals and reduce expenses.
Strategic Policy and Innovation: Implement strategic policies and develop innovative initiatives for technology, corporate compliance, training, and workforce planning.
Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with various business areas to drive strategic alignment, manage change, and maintain strong domestic and international vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications:

Job Contribution: Oversees Federal CSM team, responsible for executing Support Requests, assigning tasks, and adherence to company policies. Manage large, complex business to business sales offload functions. Utilizes strong product and pricing knowledge, exercises judgment and resolves complex problems. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.  Strongly prefer experience with Public Sector

Our Associate Director - Success Manager's earn between

$141,300 - $211,900 (Alpharetta and Orange Park)

$158,200 - $197,800 - $237,400 (Chantilly, Columbia, Dallas and Middletown)
