Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Associate Director - Program Management - to act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, driving execution of key growth initiatives, cross-functional programs, and operational priorities across the region. The Associate Director - Program Management will serve as the central orchestrator for strategic GTM initiatives across APAC and MEA
Key Responsibilities
· Drive the planning, execution, and governance of strategic GTM initiatives across APAC and MEA
· Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into executable programs, milestones, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes
· Monitor program progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives
· Establish program governance frameworks, operating rhythms, executive reviews, and performance dashboards
· Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure program milestones are achieved.
· Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and geographies
· Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking key GTM initiatives and business objectives
· Analyze trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance indicators
Required Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
· 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, GTM Strategy and Sales Operations
· Minimum 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional business programs
· Experience working with enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, AI, analytics, mobility, transportation, or software organizations
· Experience with Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Asana would be added advantage
