The Associate Director of HCP Marketing will lead healthcare professional omnichannel/non-personal promotions marketing strategy and execution as well as support execution of personal promotions marketing strategy for EoE in the US. This highly visible role requires a forward-looking individual with deep marketing expertise and the ability to navigate across cross-functional partners and complex alliance partnerships in a growing competitive market. The Associate Director will partner closely with cross-functional and alliance teams to advance product growth, contribute to the brand's financial success, and strengthen its leadership position in Gastroenterology and Allergy/Immunology. This position reports to the Director, EoE HCP Marketing.

When & where:

  • In the Sleepy Hollow, NY office 4 days a week
  • Must be willing to travel 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed)

Discover your role:

  • Lead HCP non-personal promotions/omnichannel marketing strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring full integration with the broader brand strategy.
  • Understand customer segmentation and strategies to build and implement metrics driven multi-channel plans for focused non-personal HCP engagements and optimal channel distribution.
  • Support execution of HCP personal promotions marketing strategy developing resources used by field sales team in HCP engagements.
  • Contribute to building and deploying a competitive market strategy that proactively addresses evolving competitors and market dynamics.
  • Ensure all marketing programs align with corporate policies, regulatory/ethical frameworks, and alliance standards.
  • Drive strong cross-functional and alliance collaboration, alignment, and decision-making, partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, TLLs, Market Research, Analytics, Market Access, Training, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver cohesive, compliant, and impactful initiatives.
  • Have a proven track record of leadership and influence across organizational levels.
  • Combine strategic and scientific competence with ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excel in execution and project management within a fast-paced dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and working through ambiguity.
  • Bring exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex strategies to diverse audiences—both technical and non-technical, including senior executives.
  • Demonstrate organizational agility, adapting priorities and strategies to external market shifts or internal dynamics.
  • Possess strong experience in managing agencies and external partners, ensuring creative excellence and accountability.
  • Disciplined in managing budgets and resources aligned to strategic objectives.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related field.
  • 8+ years of US commercial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related areas.
  • Gastroenterology/Allergy/Immunology biologics experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex alliance or co-promotion partnerships.
