This role will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute internal communication strategies that keep the field organization informed, engaged, and equipped during periods of workflow enhancement, system updates, and broader business transformation. This role plays a critical part in translating complex, technical changes into clear, actionable messaging while building the trust and alignment needed to drive adoption.

Oversee AI-supported development of video and multimedia content, managing production quality and authentic executive presence.
Establish and maintain a communications cadence and calendar, using automation to manage scheduling, tracking, and follow-ups while personally prioritizing during competing demands.
Use AI-powered analytics to measure communication effectiveness (engagement, comprehension, sentiment) and translate insights into refined strategic approaches.

Maintain the field-facing CFC SharePoint site, directing AI-assisted content updates and design improvements.
