About the Role
This role is to acquire corporate customers for both Large Company and SME, and MNC and drive strategic corporate sales initiatives to support the overall corporate solutions channels through working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.Strategic Sales Initiatives/Performance:
- Driving new business acquisition and improving renewal retention for Agency and Banca channels.
- Leading the implementation and ongoing management of the CS Club, including agent development, sales coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Strengthening business relationship management with internal stakeholders and distribution partners.
- Providing dedicated sales support to improve turnaround time, service quality, and conversion rates.
- Building a sustainable growth platform for Corporate Solutions across both channels.
Stakeholder Management:
o Manage and engage regularly with partners to build strong relationship for up-sell/cross-sell and maintain renewal business.
o Constantly look out to develop new avenues of business with the partner to maximize the partnership potential
o Influence the decision with partners toward achieving strategic common and profitable goals
o Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes, efficiency and customers experiences
People Leadership:
o Build highly productive sales team with a strong AIA sales culture
