About the Job
The role of the Associate, Direct Sales (Insurance) is one of the most challenging and rewarding roles in MoneyHero HK. To support our expanding motor insurance operations, we are seeking a dedicated Associate for our Direct Sales team.
The Associate, Direct Sales (Insurance) will be responsible for:
- Manage and address motor insurance quotation enquiries from customers
- Facilitate insurance applications, policy management, renewals, and claims processing
- Deliver professional insurance analysis and expert advice to clients
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Minimum academic qualifications including:
- Passes in five HKCEE subjects (Grade E / Level 2 or above), including Mathematics, Chinese, and English;
- Or Level 2 / Grade E or above in six HKDSE subjects, including the three core subjects (Chinese, English, and Mathematics);
- Successful completion of IIQE Paper I & II is mandatory.
- At least two years of relevant experience within the motor insurance sector
- Fluent Cantonese with proficiency in conversational English and Mandarin
- Excellent time management, a proactive attitude, and strong collaborative skills
- Proficient in digital tools including Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Outlook, and WhatsApp Web
- The position requires working on a shift basis in a hybrid work environment.
