We are recruiting for an Associate Broker based out of our Malvern, PA office starting in November 2026.  

 

ProWriters is part of Victor Insurance, a leading global MGA and a subsidiary of Marsh, the world’s largest insurance broker. As an Associate Broker, this early-career role offers a premier opportunity to build foundational industry knowledge and learn from specialized E&O, D&O, and cyber insurance experts.

We will count on you to: 

• Work closely with our brokers, underwriters, and retail brokers to support throughout the insurance placement and renewal lifecycle. 

• Prepare renewal solicitations and coordinate information needed to support the renewal process. 

• Assist with the preparation, review, and distribution of renewal proposals and other retail broker-facing materials. 

• Utilize technology and internal systems to complete assignments, maintain records, and support team processes. 

• Participate in ongoing training and development to build technical knowledge of Professional Liability, Management Liability and Cyber insurance, brokerage operations, and the broader insurance industry. 

• Take on additional, complex assignments as knowledge and capabilities develop. 

• Support other projects and business needs as assigned. 

 

What you need to have:    

• Bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, business, economics, mathematics, or another related degree that includes coursework in areas such as data analysis, insurance, cybersecurity and/or risk management. 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. 

• Interest in developing knowledge of insurance, brokerage, cyber risk, and the broader risk management industry. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with particularly strong Excel skills. 

 

What makes you stand-out: 

• Internship or previous work experience in insurance, brokerage, underwriting, or another related client services business environment. 

• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, productivity, or business processes. 

• Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, brokers, clients, and other partners. 

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. 

• Curiosity to learn new concepts, processes, and technologies; seeking opportunities to develop skills.

The salary for this role is $70,000. Please note that the salary is standardized and not subject to negotiation.
