Role Purpose:
Manage the end-to-end internal communications portfolio for the Division across multiple clusters, driving strategic communications and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen awareness, alignment, and engagement with divisional priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies, leadership messages, staff announcements, feature articles, and engagement content to support key business priorities.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate business objectives and organisational developments into clear, impactful, and audience-centric communications.
- Provide communications advisory support to leadership and ensure consistency of messaging across communication channels.
- Lead the management of employee feedback platforms and engagement channels, including the collection, tracking, analysis, and publication of employee feedback and responses.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of employee feedback, while promoting transparency and accountability.
- Monitor employee sentiment, engagement metrics, and feedback trends, and provide insights and recommendations to inform engagement strategies and action plans.
- Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns, events, and initiatives that strengthen awareness, participation, and organisational culture.
- Support organisational change, transformation programmes, and key business initiatives through targeted communication and engagement activities.
- Manage communication calendars, editorial schedules, dashboards, and project timelines to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, employee feedback programmes, stakeholder management, or corporate communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience managing digital communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint) and employee engagement channels (e.g. Viva Engage).
- Ability to analyse employee feedback and engagement data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and build effective partnerships with senior stakeholders.
