• Assistant Sales Strategist は、QVC ジャパンをサポートし、マルチプラットフォームでの展開を前提としたコンテンツの企画・制作を行うとともに、効果的な販売戦略を策定し、関連部署と連携しながら売上・利益の目標達成を推進する役割を担っています。

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり、月に数日幕張本社での勤務が必要です（出社日は事前に決められており、会社全体で統一されています）。

仕事内容

• 会社目標や予算、MD部門の商品戦略を理解し、商品・ブランドの販売戦略を企画・実行する。
• テレビ、Web、アプリ、SNSなどを連携させた販売・コンテンツ戦略を立案・実行し、一貫性のある顧客体験を提供する。
• 顧客インサイトを踏まえた販売手法や訴求内容を関係部署へ提案し、購買意欲を高めるコンテンツ制作を推進する。
• テレビ番組のオンエア戦略を立案し、放送施策の企画・実行・管理を通じて売上目標の達成を推進する。また、テレビ放送とその他のフォームを連携させた販売戦略を立案・実行し、各チャネルの特性を活かしたコンテンツ展開や販促企画を通じて、売上最大化と顧客体験の向上を推進する。
• PDCAサイクルを通じて販売施策や番組内容を継続的に改善し、新規ブランドの育成や成功事例の創出を推進する。

応募資格

• 小売業やメーカーにおける商品の販売戦略業務または販促・プロモーション業務の経験（2年以上）
• マーケティングと販売に関する基本的な知識
• 基本的なMSオフィス関連ソフトのスキル
• TV番組や映像制作の経験、通販番組で取り扱う商品の企画経験があれば尚可
