Summary of Job Duties:

• Evaluates transfer coursework for credit and post related data to the Student Information System (SIS) in a timely manner for an accurate reporting of student’s academic progress
• Manages and fulfills incoming records requests for UA – PTC using SIS, document imaging repository, and Parchment as required.
• Assist with Prior Learning Assessment processes
• Assists with processing drops and withdrawals submitted by students each term.
• Assists Records Coordinator with clerical duties related to degree audits.
• Assists with monitoring of departmental email account and phone queues.
• Completes electronic degree verification requests from National Student Clearinghouse.
• Provides back-up coverage for Records and Advising Front Desk.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
