What this job involves:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Responsible to execute the Procurement strategy for JLL – CLIENT account.
2.    Ensure proper communications with site teams.
3.    Provide detailed instructions and continuous follow-up to support the operations team in standardized procurement and contract processes.
4.    Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to provide best possible solution to CLIENT Account Team.
5.    Manage information of Purchase Orders issued to JLL vendors. Provide information to management on Purchase Orders whenever required.
6.    Manage information on cost savings and provide reports whenever required.
7.    Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies.
8.    Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, products pricing to establish standardization of rates for all requirements within scope.
9.    Ensure timely issue of Purchase Order to vendors.
10.    Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes.
11.    Manage data integrity and provide reports whenever required by the management.
12.    Ensure compliance to JLL standard processes and procedures.
13.    Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
14.    Ensure Vendors are submitting all required information and documents in line with the statutory compliance requirements.
15.    Undertake scrutiny of vendor invoices for correctness and timely submission.
16.    Provide liaison between vendors, site teams, finance team and management to ensure timely payments to vendors.

17.    Ensure timely issue of POs to vendors as per PO’s/Cost sheets
18.    Ensure PO tracker is maintained as per agreed format and shared with the Finance and Operations team.
19.    Overview on the management of the JDE team.
20.    Ensure all Procurement and savings related data is maintained.
21.    Ensure data security and sharing of data on need-to-know basis.

An experienced professional

Are you a degree holder with two to three years’ experience in procurement processes? Are you a stickler for key business goals and results? Do you put customer satisfaction at the forefront? If you said yes to all these, we’re more than happy to work with you.

An effective communicator

You’ll be teaming up with people across various departments, so a good command of spoken and written English and other non-English languages―coupled with superior people skills―will be indispensable in this role. You should also be proficient in all MS applications to land this job.
