About the Job

Charlotte Tilbury is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing to be an integral part of the Influencer Marketing team in North America. This person will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and execution of Influencer marketing programs. This role will assist the team in relationship-building activities, sponsored content, event planning, reporting, and networking to make Charlotte Tilbury the most loved beauty brand.

As an Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing you will

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and manage Influencer campaigns from end-to-end including strategy, talent curation, Influencer relations and reporting
• Align with Marketing regarding all campaigns and seamlessly collaborate with cross functional teams to enable agile, effective execution of programs and brand priorities
• Measure impact and report on all Influencer campaigns via ‘Traackr’
• Proactively develop and foster relationships with Influencers/Content Creators to share brand story, promote product launches and create campaigns that result in engaging branded content
• Create an unparalleled Influencer experience to keep them engaged with the brand
• Assist in social and digital strategies that increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Think strategically about all things social media and ecommerce
• Build strong working relationships with talent agencies/Agents, Influencer networks and vendors
• Liaise with sales and digital teams to draw correlations between Influencer engagement and sales
• Proactively seek out new social platforms and develop engagement strategies
• Maintain influencer community engagement through key relationship building meetings and follow ups, new creator seedings and milestone giftings
• Support the influencer coordinator as needed on mailer strategy and community list assessment.
• Nurture best in class relationships with Global teams
• Assist with any photoshoot, content creation management, and strategy on an ad hoc basis
• Maintain a pulse on current and future social/industry trends to identify innovative concepts
• Participate in all aspects of event planning from beginning to end
• Simultaneously lead multiple projects relying on strong project management and organizational skills
• Paid partnerships – Lead in all execution in timelines and onsite operations, content capture, approvals, and timely posting of all Influencer content

 Who you will work with

• Reporting to Director, Influencer Marketing

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Influencer/Advocacy relations
• Passion for new technologies, brand development, and storytelling
• Luxury and/or Beauty experience
• Thrives in a highly entrepreneurial environment with an all-hands-on-deck attitude
• A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a network of peers, partners, and industry contacts
• Deep understanding of the social media mechanics and performance marketing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit
• Experience in digital analytics and social listening tools, measuring campaign ROI and metrics that support overall Influencer strategy
• Strong technical skills including MS Office, PowerPoint, social platforms existing and new, and tools including Traackr
• Excellent presentation and written + verbal communication skills
• Must demonstrate flawless attention to detail while juggling multiple projects at one time
• Being a team player is of the utmost importance in a highly collaborative environment
