Job Description:

Business Strategy & Planning

• Support the formulation, execution and review of CMI agency recruitment and business growth strategies.
• Analyze recruitment performance, agency productivity and market trends to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps and business challenges.
• Provide business insights and recommendations to support management decision-making, strategic planning and prioritization of recruitment initiatives.
• Support business planning and growth initiatives through performance monitoring, market analysis and strategic recommendations.

Performance Management & Analytics

• Own and enhance recruitment, contest, productivity and agency performance reporting frameworks to support KPI management and business reviews. 

• Prepare, analyze and interpret management reports, dashboards and business updates, highlighting key trends, exceptions, risks and recommended follow-up actions. 

• Consolidate, validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of business information. 

• Translate complex data into clear observations and practical recommendations for senior management discussions. 

Business & Project Management

• Coordinate with relevant departments and business partners on strategic initiatives, reporting requirements and project implementation.
• Support the execution of business initiatives through budget administration, initiative tracking and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency through data analysis and business insights.

Event & Operational Support 

• Provide operational support for recruitment events and related initiatives where required, including pre-event coordination, on-site support, participant registration, logistics arrangement and post-event follow-up. 

• Manage event-related reporting, attendance tracking and post-event effectiveness assessment to support future business planning. 

Requirements

• Degree holder from a recognized university.
• Major in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, reporting, business planning, performance management, sales support or related functions.
• Proven experience in preparing management reports, business analysis and performance dashboards.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or agency distribution support would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including complex formulas, data modelling, dashboard development, reconciliation and automation.
• Strong experience in management reporting, business analysis and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, VBA or other data visualization / automation tools would be an advantage.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
