The Business Support Specialist key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide day-to-day office administration and operational support to ensure business continuity.
• Manage and coordinate port pass applications, renewals, and related documentation.
• Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation for Johor Bahru staff and visitors travelling to TPP.
• Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and replenishment of pantry supplies, food items, and meeting refreshments.
• Manage courier and postal service arrangements, including dispatch and receipt of documents and parcels.
• Coordinate fruit basket, flower, and wreath arrangements for corporate events, employee welfare, and stakeholder engagements.
• Handle the ordering, inventory management, and distribution of employee uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Manage Business Support-related vendors, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, service coordination, and relationship management.
• Perform invoice verification, processing, and submission to ensure timely payment and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate the renewal of business licences, permits, and related statutory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to Business Support activities.
• Support employee engagement activities, corporate events, and other administrative projects as assigned.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and timely resolution of operational matters.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by manager from time to time.
