Position Details
Provides athletic training services to student-athletes, including evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and documentation of athletic injuries.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat and provide rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
- Review and document injuries.
- Provide referrals for appropriate medical care.
- Provide athletic training services on the field or court, at practices and events.
- Manage insurance and other documentation necessary for proper medical care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- One year of NATABOC certified experience required.
- Experience supervising and teaching student athletic trainers preferred.
- Florida licensed or eligible.
- Ability to travel and work evenings, weekends and some holidays. --Ability to forge a working relationship with college level athletics and coaches.
