Job Description/Summary
Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers. Ensure that productivity, quality and safety goal are met or exceeded
Essential Functions
- Recommends improvements in production, methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions
- Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to
- Interpret company policies and procedures for employees.
- Maintain operations data such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of
- Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment
- Recommend personnel actions such as discipline and promotions.
