This position reports to:

We are looking for a reliable and organized colleague to join our team on a part-time basis and help ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the department.
 

Your responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Manage and maintain attendance records.
• Prepare and review timesheets.
• Create and process purchase orders (e.g. office supplies and equipment).
• Work with internal systems and company documentation.
• Support colleagues with daily administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth operation of the department.

What we are looking for  

• Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate or a university degree.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good organizational skills.
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• A proactive, communicative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
• Fluent Czech (C1) and communicative English (B2).
