This position reports to:
Project Management Team Leader__
We are looking for a reliable and organized colleague to join our team on a part-time basis and help ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the department.
Your responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Manage and maintain attendance records.
- Prepare and review timesheets.
- Create and process purchase orders (e.g. office supplies and equipment).
- Work with internal systems and company documentation.
- Support colleagues with daily administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Work model: On-site
What we are looking for
- Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate or a university degree.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good organizational skills.
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive, communicative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
- Fluent Czech (C1) and communicative English (B2).
