The Art Director is responsible for shaping and elevating the visual expression of the brand across advertising campaigns, marketing initiatives, and key brand touchpoints. The role develops compelling creative concepts and visual narratives that bring the brand strategy to life and create distinctive, memorable, and effective communications.Working closely with the campaign manager, the branding team, and agencies, the Art Director ensures that all creative output meets the highest standards of design excellence, supports business objectives, and strengthens long-term brand equity.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Creative Concept Development:
Develop creative concepts and visual territories for integrated advertising campaigns
Translate strategic briefs and business objectives into compelling visual ideas
Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and agencies to create engaging storytelling and campaign platforms
Develop and evolve distinctive brand assets, recurring visual devices, and creative mechanics that increase recognisability, memorability, and differentiation across all campaigns
Brand Stewardship:
Act as a guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints
Drive the development and application of brand assets, design systems, and creative guidelines
Help evolve the visual expression of the brand while maintaining consistency and recognisability
Campaign and Marketing Collaboration:
Manage creative development from concept through final delivery
Provide clear creative direction to agencies, photographers, designers, and production partners
Ensure quality control across all produced assets and campaign materials
YOUR PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction or a related discipline
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in art direction, advertising, visual design, or brand communications
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in campaign and brand development
Experience collaborating with agencies, creative teams, and production partners
Experience across digital and print channels
Experience in financial services, luxury, premium, or professional services brands is a plus
Technical Skills:
Art direction and creative concept development
Visual storytelling and advertising design
Brand identity and design systems
Creative asset production across digital and print media
Personal Skills:
Strong creative and conceptual thinking
Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across teams
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
