About this job

As an ARMO Mechanic II you will be routinely welding, painting, and refurbishing equipment. You will conduct mechanical inspections and may use moderately complex diagnostic equipment.

As an ARMO Mechanic II, you will be responsible for:

• Welding, painting, and refurbishing equipment
• Conducting mechanical inspections
• May use moderately complex diagnostic equipment
• Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy 
• Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshooting equipment problems
• Maintaining records
• Scheduling maintenance of equipment
• Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs 
• Inspecting and dispositioning parts and equipment
• Complying with HS&E policies and procedures
• Handling special projects, as assigned

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have mechanical experience or aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems
