Shape the Future of Application and Technology Delivery

Join Accenture’s Technology team and play a key role in leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative, large-scale digital solutions for clients across Southeast Asia.

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Application Lead who can combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive solution excellence in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end architecture design and solution delivery for enterprise-scale applications.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and clients to define technical strategies and blueprints that meet business objectives.

• Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentorship to developers and engineers across multiple projects.

• Ensure alignment with best practices, coding standards, and architecture governance frameworks.

• Oversee integration of applications with internal and third-party systems, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Manage the entire SDLC, from planning to release, leveraging Agile and DevOps practices.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance system performance and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Application Lead, or Engineering Manager in enterprise-level environments.

• Strong background in application architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices design.

• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python frameworks, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).

• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Public Services, Financial Services, or similar large-scale transformation projects is an advantage.
