Summary:
In the role of an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application environment. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. The role focuses on identifying client issues with precision and crafting well-informed solutions that ensure the smooth operation of critical systems. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client needs, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application environment remains stable and responsive to business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex system and application issues within virtualized environments.
- Ability to monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud-based resources to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in VMWare Cloud Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
