Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous link between clients and the applications or systems they rely on. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high standards of quality by employing clear and effective communication to ensure seamless operation of advanced systems. Your role involves accurately identifying client concerns and crafting well-informed solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the products involved. This position requires attentiveness, problem-solving, and a commitment to sustaining optimal system performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and client satisfaction.
- Document and share knowledge to support continuous improvement and team learning.
- Assist junior team members in understanding complex issues and developing troubleshooting skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application and system issues effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues to meet client expectations and service level agreements.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices related to application support.
- Capability to document technical processes and client interactions accurately for future reference.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
