We are currently seeking an Application Support Engineer who will be responsible for:

What we’ll get you doing:

• Responsible for the audit of biopharmaceutical customer projects, the development and validation of analytical methods, and the successful delivery of projects (负责生物药客户项目的审核，分析方法的开发和验证，并成功交付项目)
• Proficient in biopharmaceutical SEC 、reversed-phase、IEX、Glycan analytical method development, familiar with biopharmaceutical policies and regulations (熟练掌握生物药SEC、反相、IEX、Glycan等分析方法开发，熟悉生物药的政策法规要求)
• Customer on-site technical support and training (客户现场技术支持和培训)

The essential requirements of the role include:

• Have a Master's degree in relevant majors for more than 5 years/PhD degrees for more than 2 years (具有相关专业硕士毕业5年以上/博士毕业2年以上)
• Familiar with the use and maintenance of various liquid HPLC companies, and experience in mass spectrometry is preferred; Understand the protein drug development process and process development. (熟悉各家液相HPLC的使用及维护，有质谱经验者更佳；了解蛋白药物开发流程及工艺开发)
• Good at customer communication skills. (具备良好的客户沟通能力)
• 15~20% business travel (可以接受15~20%差旅)
