Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely and effective problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software updates.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
