Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires dynamic problem-solving to identify root causes and ensure smooth operation of multiple interconnected components. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, timely resolution of incidents, and maintaining the stability and reliability of essential applications that support business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize support workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify potential points of failure.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and maintain system integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
