Role Summary:
The Analyst- Return Goods is responsible for processing return, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and timeliness. The role focuses on executing day-to-day operations, adhering to defined processes and SLAs, and maintaining quality standards. The Analyst works closely with team members to resolve issues, support process requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Return Goods process.

Job Description:

• Verify that all return, credit, and debit transactions are processed accurately.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines.
• Follow directions accurately, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards as per returns requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet process requirements and enhance process knowledge.
• Remain focused and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using documented procedures and checklists wherever available.
• Identify improvement opportunities (both proactive and reactive) and support process simplification.
• Understand team and Stakeholder SLAs and follow guidelines to manage open issues efficiently.
• Report issues that impact returns, credits, and debits in a timely manner and help coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure KPIs are consistently met and improved where possible.
• Prioritize tasks effectively based on business requirements.
• Actively support team objectives and communicate effectively with team members.

Must-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of financial transactions (returns, credits, debits)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to tools such as Zendesk or Service Now
• Basic analytical skills and reporting understanding
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Educational Qualification:

• Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate degree/MBA
• Must have: SAP ERP
   

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
