Position Summary

The Global Markets Division of America (GMDA) IT Solutions is seeking an Analyst, AI Enablement and Digitization to support the development and adoption of AI, automation, and digital productivity capabilities across Global Markets. This role focuses on building, testing, documenting, and supporting AI-enabled solutions and automation tools using Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will partner with business and technology teams to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and deliver practical solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

This position is designed for individuals with a strong interest in AI, automation, digitization, and emerging technologies who are looking to build hands-on experience within a fast-paced financial services environment.

 

Responsibilities

·        Design, build, test, and support AI-enabled solutions, reusable prompts, Copilot experiences, and productivity tools.

·        Develop and maintain automation and digitization solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, and related technologies.

·        Assist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation, and digital solutions.

·        Support business users in documenting requirements, evaluating opportunities, and developing practical solutions.

·        Participate in the development, testing, rollout, and enhancement of approved AI and digitization use cases.

·        Create and maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and reusable implementation assets.

·        Support reporting, dashboards, metrics, presentations, and project updates related to AI and digitization initiatives.

·        Assist with user support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities for delivered solutions.

·        Support governance, information security, compliance, and responsible AI requirements for approved solutions.

·        Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities, demonstrations, training sessions, and adoption efforts.

 

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

·        Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, digitization, process improvement, or technology-enabled business solutions.

·        Experience through work, coursework, internships, projects, or personal initiatives with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, data analytics, or automation technologies.

·        Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft productivity tools.

·        Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to business challenges.

·        Ability to work effectively within both business and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, generative AI, or conversational AI solutions.

·        Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Query, or related Microsoft technologies.

·        Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, Access, or similar analytical and automation tools.

·        Experience with software testing, business analysis, workflow improvement, or solution documentation.

·        Participation in AI, technology, analytics, software development, automation, or innovation-related coursework, certifications, competitions, hackathons, research projects, or personal initiatives.

·        Experience creating dashboards, reports, presentations, or training materials.

·        Familiarity with Global Markets, Sales & Trading, Treasury, FX, Rates, Derivatives, or related financial products.

·        Japanese language proficiency is a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $85K - $111K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
