General Objectives:

To support strategic business planning and performance monitoring for Japanese Corporate Banking, including management reporting, business analysis, and coordination of key initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support business planning and strategic initiatives for Japanese Corporate Banking
• Monitor business performance and prepare regular management reports and presentation materials
• Analyze business data and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making
• Support departmental projects and business improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and overseas branches to support business activities
• Maintain effective coordination with key internal and external stakeholders
• Support the development and review of internal policies and procedures
• Assist in monitoring departmental risks and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in banking, business planning, or project management is a plus
