Who We’re Looking For

Toyota’s Connected Experiences Division is looking for a passionate, highly motivated Analyst, Connected Services Marketing to support initiatives that deliver exceptional connected experiences to customers. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and is energized by bringing marketing programs to life.

This role supports the day-to-day marketing needs of multiple brands while ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, communications, and marketing operations. Reporting to the Manager, Connected Services Growth, this position partners with cross-functional teams and helps drive marketing effectiveness through strong organization, coordination, and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Success in this role means delivering high-quality marketing support while keeping projects moving in a dynamic, evolving environment.

On any given day, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business, coordinate campaign activities, and help ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities across multiple brands, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
• Support the development, review, and distribution of marketing content and materials while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, sales, finance, legal, and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within scope.
• Manage project timelines, track key deliverables, and proactively identify and address risks that could impact execution.
• Support marketing technology platforms, processes, and tools that improve operational efficiency, reporting, and campaign execution.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide insights that support marketing performance tracking and decision-making.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive alignment on priorities, objectives, and deliverables.
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs and contribute to special projects that support team and organizational goals.
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree that provides a foundation in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting marketing functions within a fast-paced business environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills used to develop, coordinate, and deliver marketing-related communications.
• Experience utilizing marketing tools, processes, or platforms to support campaign execution, reporting, or operational activities.

• Experience in the automotive, technology, or related industries that enables you to contribute quickly.
• Additional experience managing end-to-end marketing communications and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and campaign execution best practices.
