Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BI and Power Platform Developer with 5-6 years of versatile, hands-on experience in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing dashboards, reports, applications, and automated workflows using Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable analytics and business solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
• Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to address operational and reporting needs.
• Create, manage, and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop data models, integrate data from multiple sources, and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting and application solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance tuning for existing Tableau dashboards, Power BI reports, and Power Platform applications.
• Apply best practices in visualization design, usability, and governance while staying current with enhancements in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Create technical documentation, deliver user training, and support adoption of BI and Power Platform solutions across the business.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of versatile, hands-on experience in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in developing custom applications using Power Apps.
• Experience creating and managing workflows with Power Automate.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using both Power BI and Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, databases, and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service).
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with enterprise BI/reporting tools such as Cognos, SSRS, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power Query, DAX, and Tableau Prep for advanced data transformation and analytics.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and integration of BI/Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Working Hours:

• 10.30 am to 7.30 pm – daylight saving
• 11.30 am to 8.30 pm – non daylight saving
