Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and system accuracy
- Provide visibility on supply constraints, risks, and expected availability dates to stakeholders
- Analyze inventory coverage (DOS) and identify root causes of deviations, driving corrective actions
- Manage replenishment for ROP and MTO SKUs to ensure continuity of supply
- Track and mitigate backorders (BO) to minimize customer impact
- Support business inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication
- Oversee Phase-In / Phase-Out processes to ensure smooth product transitions
- Ensure supply readiness for key projects
- Maintain planning parameters and review inventory policies (e.g., DOH)
- Ensure availability and tracking of equipment and components, including forecast alignment

Expected Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Engineering (Production, Industrial, Logistics)
- Economics
- Statistics or Mathematics
- Preferred:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics
- Specialized training in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Forecasting
Differentiators (especially in LATAM/global environments)
- Advanced English
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish
- Experience in regional or multi-country environments
- Familiarity with complex supply chains
