RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Worker Documentation: Ensure that all employee records, personal files, and documentation are complete, current, and properly maintained. This includes contractual information, banking details, legal documents, certifications, leave records, benefits, and any changes in employment status. Guarantee compliance with local data protection regulations and internal confidentiality policies. (employees, interns, apprentices, third parties)
• First contact for employees. Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, or operational issues. Analyze each situation, identify underlying problems, and collaborate with relevant departments to develop shared, effective, and sustainable solutions, while ensuring clear communication and respectful support.
• Manages day to day HR Operations in country and partners with local leadership ensure delivery of HR services.
• Recruiting (A-Grades and EG grades, apprentices, interns). Coordinate the entire process: profile alignment, interviews, and offer letter.Local Onboarding
• Vacations: Maintain accurate and up to date records of vacation balances, usage, and entitlements. Monitor employee records regularly to ensure correct calculations based on seniority, contract type, and country specific legislation.
• Benefits Administration - Execution of entry, maintenance and exit of employees and their dependents in benefits (health insurance, employee assistance program, gym agreement, pension plan, life insurance).

REQUIREMENTS

• FE College
   
• Experience  enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.
   
• Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
    
• Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.
