The Opportunity

As an AML and Sanctions - Fenergo Configuration Analyst - Senior Associate, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC, you will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. You will be part of a team that focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex data sets to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to support clients in achieving their strategic goals
- Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal brand and technical skills
- Utilizing AI fluency and data science skills to enhance data analysis and interpretation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop business cases and drive continuous process improvement
- Upholding professional and technical standards while interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
- Engaging in industry trend analysis to stay informed and adapt to changing business contexts
- Managing and inspiring team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science

- Configuring and implementing Fenergo solutions aligned with client requirements

- Translating business and regulatory requirements into effective Fenergo configurations

- Providing comprehensive customer demonstrations on FenX
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
- Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving
- Developing business data analytics and data science skills
- Engaging in continuous process improvement and digital tooling
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and teamwork
- Embracing change and industry trend analysis

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
