The OpportunityAs an AML and Sanctions- AI Modeling- Director, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of AI modeling strategies to enhance business intelligence and drive informed decision-making
- Overseeing multiple projects focused on optimizing business performance and achieving strategic goals for clients in the banking and capital markets sector
- Translating strategic vision into actionable plans, inspiring teams to follow and execute effectively
- Promoting AI-human collaboration to create innovative solutions that leverage data analytics for competitive advantage
- Cultivating potential in team members through mentorship and leadership, fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address data challenges and enhance data quality and architecture
- Utilizing analytical thinking and data science techniques to provide strategic insights and drive business growth
- Developing new ideas and solutions, driving thought leadership within the financial crimes unit
- Validating data integrity and compliance within analytics frameworks, adhering to professional and technical standards
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

Travel Requirements

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
