职位设置目的 (Job Purposes)

直接向OCBC新加坡总行集团数据办公室汇报，负责为集团各部门的AI应用进行协同开发，部署，执行，和维护

主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)

1.   

•      平台架构与开发：参与开发和维护中心化 AI 算法平台，确保系统在高并发、多用户使用时保持稳定和高扩展性。

•      公共 AI 组件研发：利用机器学习和生成式 AI（GenAI）技术，编写高复用、模块化的核心 AI 组件，避免重复造轮子。

•      模型工程化打包：负责把 AI/ML 模型封装成标准的 API 接口或可直接运行的工具包，让其他系统能够轻松调用。

•      支持银行业务应用：通过平台能力，支持下游的各种银行业务场景，包括文档处理、推荐系统、语音智能、时间序列预测和聊天机器人等。

•      提高维护效率：开发标准化的工具和自动化流程，减少各业务团队后续维护 AI 项目所需的时间和人力成本。

2.    在完成总部分配任务的同时，遵守总部对数据保密性和数据库访问限制性的各种要求

3.    及时与总部同事沟通分配的任务，按时，按需求，高质量的完成

4.    日常行为符合总部的操作手册要求

5.    遵守总部以及当地的合规管理，参与模型风险评估文档撰写，配合内外部审计及合规检查

6.    确保所有必须参加的培训课程都能按时完成

任职资格 (Incumbent’s Requirements)

学历及专业资格要求:

计算机科学相关大学本科或以上的学历

知识与技能要求 :

•      全栈/软件工程经验：具备 Python 开发 AI/ML 项目的经验。或具备优秀的软件工程/全栈开发背景；熟悉 Python 及其主流后端框架，并了解 TypeScript、JavaScript 或 Svelte 等前端技术。

•      大模型应用经验：熟悉大模型（LLM）的核心原理，有 Prompt（提示词）调优以及 RAG（检索增强生成）系统的实际开发经验。

•      常用 AI 框架：熟练使用 OpenAI API、HuggingFace、Transformers、LangChain 等主流大模型开发工具。

•      数据与大数据工具：熟练掌握 SQL 数据库操作，了解 Spark 或其他大数据处理框架。

相关工作经验要求 :

• 具有0-3年及以上经验

• 应届毕业生必须有熟练的编程能力

• 良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力，能与海外团队流畅协作
