Job Description Summary

You will be responsible for driving accurate and timely service commercial forecasting, revenue planning, and sales performance management across Service Commercial in AKA (ASEAN, Korea, Australia & New Zealand) region. You will have visibility of critical service sales KPIs, sets annual sales targets, and oversees pipeline health, funnel conversion, and backlog execution to achieve operational plan outcomes. You will be a key point of contact between AKA and International level Commercial Operations & Excellence teams in both providing information on AKA priorities and performance as well as taking International initiatives onboard and driving them through the region. The is an important AKA leadership position, given complexity of regional go-to-market models, geographic and customer diversity.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the services revenue forecasting process across AKA markets, ensuring timely and accurate projections by revenue stream (MSA, ODS and O&U) and segment, while driving performance against key service commercial metrics including Contract Revenue (CR), Point-of-Sales (POS), Warranty Conversion, and Renewal Rates, Pricing Metrics and SPI, O&U, IB Retention and Hunter Farmer programs
  • Lead Heartbeat and DMS for Service Commercial organization
  • Lead the annual planning and Business Planning Review (BPR) processes for the Services business, ensuring alignment with regional and global growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Services General Manager to assess market opportunities, define growth priorities, and develop strategies to maximize service revenue potential across the region.
  • Provide actionable business insights and performance visibility through robust reporting, dashboards, and analytics, enabling effective decision-making for service leadership and frontline sales teams.
  • Establish annual commercial targets and operating plans, driving pipeline development, funnel management, conversion strategies, and backlog execution to achieve revenue and profitability commitments.
  • Ensure consistent execution and compliance with regional sales processes, commercial policies, pricing governance, and operational controls.
  • Lead the deployment, optimization, and governance of Commercial, tools, Funnel boosting programs and processes to enhance sales productivity, accuracy, and customer responsiveness.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity review mechanisms to monitor business performance and identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain deep market intelligence, including customer purchasing behaviors, reimbursement trends, GPO strategies, competitive dynamics, third-party service providers, and OEM market developments.
  • Design and administer sales incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and desired commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with Country Service Sales leadership to develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue growth, margin expansion, and market competitiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Regional Leadership teams to drive commercial effectiveness, business performance, and sustainable growth across the Services organization.
  • Streamline and drive efficiencies in the back office organization for Service commercial and commercial operations organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, service sales, equipment sales, or service business management, preferably within the healthcare, medical technology, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial performance, revenue growth, forecasting excellence, and operational effectiveness across complex, multi-country markets.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate market insights and business data into actionable strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and customer value.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex business issues and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed and diverse teams, with a strong ability to inspire, coach, develop talent, and drive high performance in a matrixed environment.
  • Extensive experience operating within large multinational organizations, successfully navigating complex matrix structures and leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of service business models, contract lifecycle management, pricing strategies, commercial forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, build strong relationships, and drive organizational alignment across regional and global stakeholders.
  • Experience leading commercial transformation initiatives, sales process optimization, and the implementation of digital tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to leverage data and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the region to support business growth, customer engagement, and team leadership.

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
  • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
