About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes岗位职责
1.策略规划：
- 协助分解和落实未来新SSC业务发展战略和规划, 达成各项关键考核指标。
- 外勤骨干人才引进，机构发展规划制作并推进
2.业绩、人力推动：
- 规划新SSC各类营销员活动，如创业说明会、客户答谢会、产品大讲堂等，推动业务发展；
- 指导新SSC主管商业计划的制定并提出改善方案；
- 通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，协助其招募和产能提升；
- 督促新SSC推动并执行各类业务发展活动，如业务竞赛、业务加油站、增员项目等，确保其有效实施。
3.日常工作：
- 新SSC晨会的经营与管理；
- 公司信息的传达与宣导；
- 协调所负责区域和公司相关部门的关系，处理日常行政事务；
- 指导下属员工处理营销员的意见、建议和投诉；
- 辅导下属员工提升个人业务能。
4.营销员业务品质和销售行为管理：
- 在业务会议中推广业务品质和合规经营理念；
- 协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规和纪律管理；
- 及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在业务品质风险和异常业务行为。
任职要求
- 本科或以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验；
- 系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识；
- 强大的领导力，优秀的分析和决策能力；
- 基础业务培训及资源管理技能；
- 卓越的沟通和演讲技巧；
- 扎实的项目管理技巧。
