About the Role
根据分公司合规部的工作安排和部署，范围辐射对应机构，在分公司下辖机构开展业务合规、操作风险管理、内控管理、反洗钱和监管合规等合规及风险管理工作，协助分公司合规部负责人管控相关风险。工作职责：
1、合规与风险管理： 负责落实本机构及辐射机构的各类合规工作项目，确保经营业务符合法律法规及公司内部合规政策。
2、反洗钱（AML）管理： 牵头反洗钱小组工作，落实客户尽职调查、可疑交易报告等日常管控措施；负责对接属地人民银行，完成反洗钱相关工作。
3、监管沟通与报告： 推动各类监管文件的落实，保持与当地金融监管局、人民银行及行业协会的良好沟通；按时保质完成各类合规报告。
4、培训与文化推广： 组织开展合规、反洗钱及案件风险防控的培训与宣传活动，提升全员合规意识。
任职要求：
1、5年以上金融行业工作经验，其中至少3年专注于法律、合规、审计、风控或会计等相关领域。
2、熟悉保险行业法律法规及监管要求，具备扎实的合规风险评估、内控管理及反洗钱实务操作能力。
3、优秀的表达能力及沟通协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，注重细节；具有较强的责任心、抗压能力及独立解决问题的能力。
