An integral part of our success is our Workforce Transformation team. Our two large communities of practice of People and Change, cover a wide spectrum of services, ranging from Organization Design & Workforce Strategy, Culture & Change Management, HR Strategy & Operations, Workforce Analytics & Insights, as well as Reward.
We're seeking an ambitious AI Workforce Consultant, someone with a strong AI foundation who's passionate about translating cutting-edge technology into tangible workforce outcomes. Make a real impact
As our AI Workforce Consultant, you'll be the strategic translator in the room. You'll convert abstract possibilities into concrete evidence, transform ideas into interactive prototypes that leadership teams can engage with confidently, and ensure AI serves strategy, not the reverse.
Workforce Intelligence & Strategic Foresight
- Lead the AI dimension of client engagements, delivering real-time evidence, dynamic queries, and scenario visualizations that inform workforce related decisions
- Partner with workforce specialists to architect session experiences where every strategic question maps directly to specific AI capabilities
- Advise C-suite leadership on AI feasibility, investment requirements, and implementation realities, grounded in workforce-specific contexts
Innovation Through Prototyping
- Rapidly build functional AI prototypes during engagements: intelligent agents, document processing pipelines, AI-enhanced dashboards, powered by actual client data
- Define clear success and termination criteria before building, maintaining rigorous discipline between a decision-making tool and a delivery commitment
- Document strategic pilot architectures that are immediately handoff-ready for implementation teams
Transformation Infrastructure & Scaling
- Own our session intelligence ecosystem: synthesizing client research, automating competitive analysis, and pre-visualizing data for maximum strategic impact
- Design and evolve internal AI tools that become the competitive edge behind our Workforce solutions
- Co-create with our Experience Center and PwC's workforce specialists, translating session-born innovations into scalable, repeatable implementation paths
What you bring matters
You enjoy building fast, experimenting with emerging technologies, and making complex ideas understandable and exciting for others.
You bring:
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, creative technology, prototyping, or similar hands‑on technical roles
- Strong understanding of modern web development fundamentals
- Practical experience creating interactive prototypes, applications, or demo environments
- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, agents, vector stores, or workflow automation tools
- Comfort solving problems in live, time‑constrained environments (workshops, demos, client sessions)
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving consulting settings
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Greek
Nice to have:
- Frontend development skills (React or similar)
- Experience with visualization or interaction libraries such as D3, Three.js, Chart.js, or similar
- Experience with rapid prototyping, or innovation environments
- Familiarity with conversational UI, bot frameworks, or multimodal interaction design
- Understanding API orchestration
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or workshop‑based environment
