As an AI Test Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing software and product innovation within our Testing and Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of our client support services. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, contributing to the evolution of industry and custom applications. You will be part of a dynamic team that embraces ambiguity and uses critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Responsibilities

- Conducting automation testing to validate software functionality and reliability
- Collaborating with AI systems to enhance testing methodologies and outcomes
- Implementing quality assurance best practices to improve software testing processes
- Managing defect analysis and debugging to identify and resolve software issues
- Developing test cases and managing test environments to support comprehensive testing
- Utilizing agile program management techniques to streamline testing workflows
- Performing acceptance testing to confirm software meets specified requirements
- Engaging in performance testing to assess software efficiency and scalability
- Applying analytical thinking to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Documenting testing results and processes to maintain transparency and accuracy

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
