Supports the Product & Pricing function's AI transformation agenda by identifying, building, testing and operationalising AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, enhance decision-making and accelerate product time-to-market. Partners with business SMEs, AI Champions, AI consultants and technology teams to translate business pain points into practical AI solutions, while driving capability building, change management and AI adoption across the function.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, solutioning, testing and implementation of AI-powered productivity solutions across Product Development, Product Transformation and Pricing functions.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of priority AI use cases aimed at reducing manual effort, improving accuracy and accelerating product development, pricing and governance processes.
• Develop and configure AI solutions using technologies such as Copilot Studio, Copilot agents, workflow automation and Python-based tools.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, map business pain points, conduct user testing and continuously refine solutions.
• Drive AI enablement and change adoption through workshops, training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives and day-to-day coaching.
• Support the establishment of scalable AI capabilities, governance and best practices for sustainable adoption across the Product & Pricing function.
• Promote responsible AI usage and help embed AI into daily workflows to enhance productivity and execution effectiveness.
