Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning (ML), AI Workflows, Azure Cloud services

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities, which may include working with deep learning frameworks, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI model integration and deployment.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI applications using cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure.
- In-depth understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications.
- Ability to design scalable AI pipelines that ensure production-ready quality and reliability.
- Experience with chatbot development, image processing, and natural language processing techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing AI models for performance and accuracy.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
