Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires managing the deployment of solutions either on cloud platforms or on-premises environments, ensuring that the applications are production-ready and scalable. The engineer collaborates with various teams to incorporate generative artificial intelligence models into practical solutions, while also exploring areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. The workday is dynamic, balancing development, testing, and optimization to deliver innovative AI-driven products that meet business needs.

- Expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals and strategies.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to enhance existing systems and processes.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and deploying AI applications using cloud-based AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production environments ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Experience with chatbot development and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
