You'll use AI, automation, and agentic technologies to create email campaigns, improve social media performance, automate workflows, analyze results, and support AI-powered lead generation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about emerging AI tools and marketing innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AI-assisted B2B email marketing campaigns, including content, personalization, testing, automation, and analytics.
• Use AI tools to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Build, manage, and optimize AI automations and agentic workflows for marketing activities.
• Research, test, and implement emerging AI marketing platforms, tools, agents, and technologies.
• Use AI to increase social media engagement, reach, audience growth, and overall performance.
• Develop and manage AI-agentic social media influencers and virtual personalities to support brand awareness and content initiative.
• Create AI-assisted social media content, including posts, campaigns, creative concepts, images, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Develop AI-powered lead-generation workflows that identify, qualify, nurture, and route B2B prospects.
• Analyze social media, email, website, and lead-generation data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Continuously test new AI tools and recommend technologies that can improve marketing productivity and results.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based creative, marketing, sales, and technology teams.
• Help establish best practices and processes for responsible and effective use of AI throughout the marketing department.
