As an AI Engineer – Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products, confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. Your role will encompass the entire lifecycle of a product, from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, including commercialization and go-to-market planning.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading product management initiatives from concept through to end-of-life, confirming alignment with market demands and business growth
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of product development and lifecycle management
- Utilizing Agile methodology to enhance product innovation and delivery
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product commercialization and go-to-market planning
- Developing and managing product specifications, pricing strategies, and marketing management
- Building and maintaining customer relationships to understand and address customer needs and satisfaction
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
