Sobre este puesto de AI Deployment Specialist (Remote) en Procore
Procore is hiring an AI Deployment Specialist to take our AI products into the field — deploying agentic solutions alongside construction teams, architecting custom builds, and driving adoption and measurable value inside strategic and enterprise accounts.
As an AI Deployment Specialist, you are the person who makes Procore's AI real for customers. You partner directly with construction teams to deploy agentic solutions, architect custom builds against their workflows, and drive usage from first pilot through full value realization. You sit at the intersection of deep product knowledge, hands-on technical ability, and genuine construction domain fluency — translating an AI vision into systems that hold up on live projects.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with forward-deployed engineers, account managers, customer success engineers, and solutions engineers to move use cases to adoption, and you'll bring what you learn in the field back to Product and Engineering to shape where the product goes next. Expect regular customer travel to lead workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews.
This position reports into the Director of AI Solutions and is remote, with travel expected. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
- Deliver complex programs of agentic AI solutions from requirements through production, translating customer needs into working systems that perform in the field.
- Lead AI deployments alongside construction project teams, driving adoption through technical depth, hands-on exception handling, sharp product positioning, and a deep understanding of construction workflows.
- Lead business architecture reviews to strategize, scope, and deliver custom AI solutions mapped to each customer's operating model.
- Engage directly with customer construction data — project records, documents, RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, and financials — to assess data readiness and design the pipelines that feed AI. Structure and connect disparate sources into knowledge graphs that ground agentic solutions in accurate, retrievable context, and put in place the data-quality and governance practices that keep them reliable at scale.
- Build simple to moderately complex AI solutions yourself, drawing on hands-on technical ability and an expert, end-to-end command of the Procore product.
- Lead strategic conversations with key decision-makers, helping them shape and realize their AI vision and scale it across their construction organization.
- Travel to customer sites to lead workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews, communicating Procore's AI vision — both where it is today and where it's headed.
- Partner closely with forward-deployed engineers to move customer use cases from concept to adoption and measurable value.
- Work cross-functionally with account managers, customer success engineers, and solutions engineers to position AI products for growth across strategic and enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer experience, resolve product issues, and close the gaps between what customers need and what the product does today.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, another engineering discipline, business administration, data science, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years in customer success, AI solutions, solutions engineering, construction or project management, project engineering, or a similar capacity that required regular, direct interaction with the construction industry.
- Hands-on technical ability: comfort building simple to moderately complex AI solutions with modern tooling (LLMs, agents, prompting, search/retrieval, knowledge graphs) and working with data (SQL, APIs, and data pipelines) to structure and reconcile information across systems.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, with the ability to operate comfortably and independently with senior construction decision-makers.
- Strong program and project management discipline — able to run multiple concurrent workstreams and drive cross-functional execution without formal authority.
- Curious, creative, and determined — the kind of person who finds a way when the challenge is hard and the solution isn't obvious.
- A genuine eagerness to learn, both the technology and the construction domain.
- High adaptability and proactive initiative to navigate ambiguous environments, manage trade-offs, and solve complex business problems.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% for onsite workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews.
- Desired, but not required: direct construction industry experience, familiarity with the Procore platform, and prior work in a forward-deployed, field-facing, or customer-embedded technical role.
