About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Video Editor to create high-performing video content for our client e-commerce brands. You’ll work closely with creative strategists to turn creative briefs into engaging ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

French fluency is required. You can be based anywhere in the world, as long as you are fluent in French and can work effectively in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Use AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Kling, and similar tools to create animations, effects, and AI-generated visuals
• Turn creative briefs, scripts, and concepts into high-impact video executions
• Create motion graphics, AI animations, and visual effects
• Repurpose and adapt content across different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios
• Create multiple creative variations for testing
• Iterate on videos based on performance data and creative feedback
• Work closely with creative strategists to improve hooks, pacing, messaging, and overall ad performance

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Hands-on experience with AI video/animation tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar
• Strong portfolio showing social media and performance-focused video content
• Fluent French — written and spoken
• Good English communication for working with an international team
• Fast, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to take a brief and turn it into a strong finished creative
• Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands is a strong plus
• Experience with paid advertising or performance creative is a plus
• Open to part-time, freelance, or full-time opportunities, depending on the scope of work, client needs, and mutual fit.
