Allegheny Health Network’s Primary Care Institute is seeking family physicians, geriatricians, and general internists for outpatient primary care openings in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!

Highlights:

• A value-based care model that prioritizes quality outcomes, preventative care, and long-term patient wellness.
• Access to extended care teams: mid-level support, behavioral health consultant, social worker, registered dietitian & CDE.

Pittsburgh Area Openings:  

• Eastern Neighborhoods – including but not limited to: Braddock, North Versailles, Monroeville
• New Kensington - New practice!
• Westmoreland County – Leechburg, Hempfield
• Downtown Pittsburgh
• Squirrel Hill
• Allegheny Valley / Natrona Heights
• Grove City
• Beaver
• Century III
• Bellevue
• Correctional Medicine: Allegheny County Jail

Qualifications:  

• Must be board eligible/certified.  
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.  
• DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.  
• Sponsorship Available for select practices
